Bouldering, climbing just above ground with pads, is easy to practice, does not require any previous experience or special instruction and can be done alone or in a group. It increases core tension, improves balance and coordination.
Climbing, like bouldering, means completing different routes in a vertical setting. However, climbing predicates the use of a climbing harness and a rope. This means that experience and competence in belay techniques as well as a climbing partner are required.
This offer does not include a taught lesson. The students boulder or climb independently.
